Best Trading Times
Deciding on the best time to trade will depend on your strategy and preferred financial instruments. You can place trades anytime you wish to as long as the market is open. Nonetheless, the biggest market activity usually happens when two trading sessions overlap. Investors particularly watch out for the period of 1 PM-5 PM GMT when two of the biggest trading markets (London and New York) are both open.
